Dr. D'Addio at Virginia Interventional & Vascular Associates
Dr. Victor J. D'Addio

Dr. D’Addio attended Tulane University for medical school. He further specialized in general surgery during his residency at Walter Reed Army Medical Center and completed his vascular surgery fellowship at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center. Since 2005 he has provided comprehensive vascular surgery services locally. He joined Radiologic Associates of Fredericksburg and began practicing at VIVA in 2009.

Koenig from Virginia International & Vascular Associates
Dr. Larry Koenig, III

Dr. Koenig joined the practice in 2010 following graduation from Jefferson Medical College, completion of his general surgery residency at Union Memorial Hospital, and his vascular surgery fellowship at Geisinger Medical Center. Dr. Koenig serves as the Medical Director of a local wound healing center which further complements the vascular surgery services he provides to our community.
