Note: This is not an exhaustive list of all of the health plans with which we participate and is subject to change over time.

If we do not participate with a specific plan, you can be seen on an out-of-network basis. A patient may be able to choose this option with a higher deductible and/or higher co-insurance. We will be glad to contact your insurer to acquire eligibility and benefit coverage if requested.

VIVA continues to align its managed care contracts with those of its referring physicians. If there are additional plans that we should consider, please contact us at (540) 654-9118.

VIVA also provides charitable care at the facilities we serve based on criteria from the Federal Poverty Income Guidelines. Contact us about applying for charitable aid.
