This letter is to inform you of an upcoming change within our practice. Dr. Larry Koenig and Dr. Sadie Ahanchi will be leaving Virginia Interventional and Vascular Associates effective January 31, 2025. Dr. Koenig and Dr. Ahanchi have been integral members of our vascular surgery team providing compassionate care and dedication to our patients. While we will miss their presence, we wish them well in their future endeavors.
